HCM City''s Youth Union and Youth Cultural House have instituted a free
new music programme at schools, universities, industrial parks and
export processing zones to entertain cash-strapped students and workers
who cannot otherwise afford such shows.
A revolutionary-music singing contest has attracted a large number of
young people in HCM City, where romantic songs rule the roost, taking
some by surprise.
